  Theodore, a native of Chattanooga, a graduate of City High School and the University of the South, taught at IBM Systems Research Institute in New York and gas published a textbook on computer science. The title of the book is "Computer Evaluation of Mathematical Function". He received the M.A. degree from the University of North Carolina and did graduate work at Oxford University in England.
