Most can be accounted for, but there are a few listed in the Layne genealogy book that cannot. Given the gap between James and John and that Letha would have been beyond typical child bearing years after 1880, it's likely that she gave birth to these children between 1870 and 1880 and that they did not survive to adulthood.
